Week 3, Day2 "Tweeking Vegan diet"

At this point, diet is my main concern.
I seem to be stagnant at 84, and i feel a little 'fat'.
So, I am adjusting my diet to less fatty foods/ processed
and more nutritional dense foods/whole foods.

See if that makes a difference.
I stopped the protein powders.
I might start taking Creatine again though.
