Week 2, Day 2&3 "The Grind"

Missed my first blog post last time. I always knew i wasn't perfect!

This week is still pretty fast / easy with only 3 sets and low reps, getting ready for weeks 4, 5.

Everything is rolling along...right in the middle of the grind.

8am - 9:20am    staying at 84kg.
