When you don't want to do something, just force yourself to show up, or start it. Once you get there, or get started usually you'll be fine and complete the task. This was my challenge today. Right in the middle of my 15 week program, and its a little draggin, but today i just showed up at the gym and the atmosphere and momentum of the last 8 weeks kicked in, and it was all good actually. Protein shake here i come.
