Stage 2, Week 1, Day 1

I love you Shane . . . The first day of Stage 2 consists mostly of only 2 sets for each exercise. Oh yes, what a workout should be ... fun and fast. But keep in mind by the time we get to Week 5, the sets are usually 4 and 5 !  But no problems today. New exercises are good to prevent boredom.

Weight 84kg.
