Week 3, Day 1 "The Power of the Sun"

Working too hard lately and sleeping too little, so feeling too dragged out resulting in less then optimal workouts. "Early to bed, early to rise" is absolutely essential, especially the older you get.

Having said that, i was needing some extra energy for todays session and i found it. While doing dumbell chest presses, i closed my eyes! This felt weird so i opened them immediately. But then i tried again and visualized the most powerful thing i could think of to help me lift. It was the sun. And boy did it ever work. Call it placebo effect or visualization or mind over matter i don't know, but i felt so strong while doing this mental exercise. I will continue and see if it really lasts ....
