Week 1, Day 2 "Research"

Well since i've LOST 4kgs now, it's definitely an interesting experience.

I was up to 84kg, but feeling bloated most of the time - during my day.
But the thing with working out and gaining muscle / weight is to eat a lot.
And of course as much nutririous food as possible - which i was for the most part.

But my body just doesn't fly like that...I had to stop eating so much.
So by next Monday i will have RESEARCHED how to eat
a Vegan / Raw diet while weight training to gain muscle...
And put together my own nutrition plan.

I would think my body type / energy level will be best with lean muscle as opposed to
a more bulky muscle.  so let's wait and see what happens.
