Sick days/Off week, Day 1

Got a little under teh weather last week, so took 5 days off.
Down to 83kg. Feel good though, no worries!

Niothing wrong with a rest....

So i decided to use this week as a free week and just lift whatever i want
to keep in shape.

Next week i'll continue with the program
