Week 5, Day 1 "Finishing Strong"

Re-shaping the workout...

Changing my diet for the last 6 weeks. I feel too bloated / heavy.

I'm going to try to eat LESS now, not more. I quit the protein powders and creatine.

I'm going more RAW ORGANIC vegan nutrition.  And cooked whole grains/multi grains.

All the newest ancient grains "quinoa, amaranth, chia, 5 grain organic..."

See how it goes.

After this week, it will be Stage 4, the final stage of the program.
