My right arm started acting up from the workout injury i got 20 years ago. And my right neck started hurting too, so i took a few day soff and it felt better with the rest. So, i kind of skipped Week 2...
On to week 3!
At the gym at 6am today. Felt great.
Plus rode the bike yesterday. so my goal is to incorporate cardio into my life on off days.
I guess i'll be more of a lean and mean type rather then a big and bulky.
