Next Stage, post injury

My injury from 20 years ago was really affecting me at the end of my previous program so i needed to take a few weeks off. It feels better now, but the doctor said it was tendonitis...so i will devise a new workout plan to work around the weakness. Going to see a chinese herbal doctor tomorrow

it's good to be back in the gym and sweatin again!
