I've officially packed it in.
A couple weeks short of finishing the program, so did i fail for not completing it?
No way . . .
I succeeded for starting something and continuing it through a lot of challenges.
I succeeded for learning a lot about strength training.
I succeeded by laying a foundation for the rest of my life.
Today i did mostly cardio, because my arm is just useless now, and there is no sense at all in training anymore. Although i did some legs and core.
So, i can either switch over to cardio or yoga or both. Maybe alternate days.
And i will maintain my strength gains in the meantime and start another program when my arm is healed. I hope to get into the xray doctor this week. Meanwhile i'll improve my heart/endurance and flexibility.
I'll still keep this journal tho :o)

Week 3, Day 2 "Finish it"
Since my slight arm injury, the workouts have lost a bit of motivation
but as long as i keep going and finish this stage, it will be a success.
So my goal now is to finish Stage 4, customize my routine when i go on my own
and also create my meal plans as well.
So over the next 3 weeks, i will do that, and find out what happened to my arm
and go on a healing regime.
Its all good. In about 1 or 2 years i will be strong, flexible and have endurance.
